Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING: Any orders under £65 WILL be charged shipping fee. 

FREE UK SHIPPING for any orders over £65.

Currently only ship within the UK. 

We aim to receive & package up your order within 48-72 hours due to us also working  within our salon & training academy full time.  we will send you a shipping confirmation email once your item is in the post. 

If you are within 10-15 miles of our salon we will be hand delivering parcels free of charge once a week or if you need your items sooner your welcome to collect your items the following day from our salon. 

If you have not place a order yet want to purchase items your welcome to phone us or pop into the salon.

RETURNS: All returns must be postmarked within three (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. 

To return an item, please email  Beautyboxkent@gmail.com to let us know of the reason for a return and so we can log this. PLEASE DO NOT RETURN your item till we have responded. Please return your item to the following address & please add your address on the back of the package in case of any issues with the post:
